Restore a purchase

Open the plans screen in the app and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you subscribed with.

Cancel a subscription or ask for a refund

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Cancel in your App Store account settings — here’s how. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Disconnect a YouTube channel

In the app, open Upload and choose Disconnect on the channel. You can also remove the app’s access on the Google security settings page.

My captions don’t look styled on YouTube

Check that captions are turned on and that the styled track is selected. If you changed the caption appearance in YouTube’s player settings, those settings can override the style. Different YouTube players can also show styles slightly differently.
